Internal Vibrators - The Classic in Concrete Compaction

Our HJ high-frequency internal vibrators are characterised by robust bearings that are lubricated for life. A powerful electric motor ensures high centrifugal forces, constant speed and amplitude as well as high wear resistance, while integrated thermal protection prevents the concrete vibrators from overheating. Even under tough operating conditions, the HJ internal vibrators with effective vibrations guarantee first-class and reliable compaction of fresh concrete. Optionally available vulcanised caps prevent vibrations from being transmitted to the reinforcement or formwork.

The high-frequency internal vibrators with integrated converter, ideal for concrete compaction, can be connected directly to the 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase mains supply and are ready for immediate use. This makes the internal vibrators not only simple and flexible to use, but also independent. Thanks to the encapsulated electronics and an integrated protection system, the Mooser HJU concrete vibrators are protected against overload, overvoltage and overheating. The powerful drive motor offers constant performance and high centrifugal forcefor efficient in-situ concrete compaction and guarantees reliable operation in concrete technology. Optional Vulkollan caps prevent vibrations from being transmitted to the reinforcement or formwork.

Concrete vibrator special voltage: Also available for 115V / 50 Hz, for extended application possibilities in fresh concrete compaction.

With integrated converter for connection to alternating current 1~230V/200 Hz. No separate converter required.

Compressed air internal vibrators in the VF series are characterised by their design with free-floating imbalance, which makes them maintenance-free and wear-free. These internal vibrators offer a high centrifugal force, which ensures optimum compaction. Pneumatic concrete vibrators for concrete compaction can also be operated without a cooling medium such as fresh concrete. They are an efficient alternative to electrically powered concrete vibrators, with the advantage that no drive motor is required, making them very robust and durable internal vibrators for concrete technology.
