and is individually adapted to the dimensions of the moulds. The coordination of the internal vibrator frequency to the immersion depth or the filling level of the concrete moulds represents an important criterion for optimum aerated concrete compaction. Our system takes into consideration the time sequence of the production process, and regulates the vibrator frequencies accordingly.
