At the station points "Wilhelm Leuschner-Platz" and "Am Markt" of the above mentioned project, single faced walls with a thickness of 1.80m and a calculated reinforcement of 400kg/m³ had to be constructed. For the concrete compaction of the walls, Mooser formwork vibrators were mounted by helps of the ST mounting clamp onto Doka Frami wall formwork system. Internal vibrators were operated in addition due to high reinforcement and great wall thickness, to guarantee a sufficient concrete compaction of the rear wall sections. For the station points "Am Markt" and "Bayerischer Bahnhof" the external vibrators were used at the external walls which were formed against the slotted walls. The walls were constructed in segments of approx. 16-20m height. For the concrete compaction of the portal walls of all stations, Mooser external vibrators were operated onto a Hiltl trapeze shaped girder formwork and onto Doka-Formwork. For the concrete compaction of the portal walls, Mooser in addition designed special internal vibrators with a 14m long power line.
